IRA PROJECT

About This Project

The IRA project is a black and white photographic exhibition by the advertising photographer Nacho Pardo for the benefit of the MUM Association (Mujeres unidas contra el maltrato).

The exhibition takes the form of a conceptual journey through gender violence and symbolically shows the different situations of mistreatment, the cycles of violence and the alternatives for surviving them.

The event took place in the framework of the International Day Against Gender Violence in the Toledo Hall, in the Puerta de Toledo in Madrid.

In addition to the photographic exhibition, a book of the project was baptised and the proceeds from its sale were used to finance solidarity projects of the MUM Association.

Prominent personalities attended the event and enjoyed a great evening.

The exhibition was moved to different locations in the Community of Madrid, such as Chamartín Station, the Science to Business Foundation in Tres Cantos, among others, and our press team provided media coverage to publicise the event and its subsequent transfer.

In addition to organising the event, the agency had the honour of designing the book and preparing all the promotional material for the event.
